I need to create a new profile for my existing google analytics account that filter out only US traffic. Is it possible and how to do it? Could I filter out even to particular state or county? I am waiting for your replies. Thanks

Go to the Google Analytics help section and find out. At least you will know the answer is correct.

I think you can change the geographic section to Us only and then start using analytics please do take a look at help section.

You can get this easily by clicking on map and it will give you number from each location. You can click on country to know about cities then.

However, I guess it is not possible to have a separate profile based on a specific location.

To Filter out the traffic of US, Set a custom filter in your analytics account as given below:

    Filter Type: Custom >> Exclude
    Filter Field: Visitor Country
    Filter Pattern: us
    Case Sensitive: No

@serversea, @manish.chauhan, Yes creating separate profiles in Google Analytics is not correct way, you can create a custom report as said by manish or you can check with this:

Visitors - Map Overlay - Click on the Map and you can refine the visitors as per the county.

if you want to check users from specific country then you can create custom reports or you can create filter for that purpose
