    Hi there,
    1. Create a FB page
    2. On your site, put FB logo with some title like LIKE/JOIN us on FB
    3. Post regular updates & your products/services to FB page
    4. Respond to people comments, pictures & videos on FB
    5. Encourage people to LIKE your FB page so you can have better traffic via regular updates

Couldn't have said it better myself... When you said Facebook page, I assume you meant Facebook Fanpage....

Facebook is social media platform, where you must socialize with your fans. Once you earn your trust then you can promote your services and products. Post links to your site and much much more.

    Free method :
    - Add a welcome tab, and ask the user to Like the page to get a prize (ebooks, something etc..)

    non-Free Method:
    - Facebook Ads

Post daily posts ( videos, pics ), and reply to your fans comments etc..

create Facebook fan pages for your websites and then do regular updates on this. Say.. put regular news about your topic so that people would read that. Other than this you can create fake facebook accounts and can publish yuor new deals ad offers there to promote your customers who are your Facebook friends on fake accounts.

There are a lot of ways actually...Make a facebook page; socialize with your friends; add pictures; add videos; post useful information and of course add those people who BELONG to your niche...Dont just tag people around...This might bring out a negative effect on your product instead of a positive one.

    Cheers!

    Rese :)

Create your fan page on FB...Promote it through your friends and contacts. Place ads of your products or services in FB marketplace. Share interesting and useful things.
