hello folks i want to send money to a friend of mine using my prepaid visa i dont wanna use paypal what is the quickest and easiest and less fees method to send please? thanks
Check out ATM Cash.....they issue pre-paid Master Card and send it the receiver in just about any country.....Good for your kids living in another county to withdraw money at an ATM...........
there was https://www.epassporte.com/ (visa card) but they dsicontinued there service now there is http://www.payoneer.com (mastercard) but this mastercard doesn't work in india. You can transfer money through www.xoom.com
be aware of payoneer they are very bad, almost no customer support. And they block my card with $132 without any notice and without any response from their customer support. If you don't want to be in trouble like me, choose another payment method.
Hi Delta, Unfortunately our customer support received an enormous amount of tickets lately so we are a bit backlogged. We are in the process of training more staff (and hiring even more), but it will probably take a week or two to completely catch up, though the most someone waits for a reply is 3 days (usually it's within 1 working day). I'm sorry you have had such a bad experience, but I'd like to clarify that if for some reason we were to block a card or account, we would send the money back to where it came from - we don't hold on to any funds. If you give me your ticket number so I can check it, I would love to look into it for you so we can see where it stands. You can email it to me directly at if you'd like.
Hay Talia, Is there any option to charge our Payoneer card using PayPal ? I m curious to know about that. Thanks
No MasterCard works in India right now. That is, they work if you are living outside of India, but Indian citizens cannot receive one (or Visa) because of the RBI's regulations. You can use your Payoneer card to fund PayPal, but not the other way. You can connect your Payoneer card to be your method of payment through PayPal, and you can use it to verify your PayPal account (as long as you have funds on it!), however currently we do not have a partnership with PayPal that would allow you to transfer funds from PayPal to Payoneer. We would love to, though, so feel free to let people at PayPal know
Please correct me if I am wrong. Now, PayPal would only send money either Indian Bank A/C or cheque on the account holder name. Looks like RBI direction.
I don't exactly know the PayPal regulations, but we can send bank transfers to India as well. Sorry I can't comment about PayPal. We definitely can't assign cards, though, to Indian residents at the moment.
