Directory Website

    Hi All,

    I am working for my directory which was completed using html only.

    Is it good for people or can we construct the website using other launguage.

    Let me know if you have an idea.

    It's best to use a web directory script no matter free or paid,
    you CAN'T manage hundreds or even thousands links for simple html web pages.

    You are going to have a very hard time updating a directory in HTML. As for what script to use for a directory, please refer to this thread.

    Automated directories have their pitfalls too. Not everyone builds a directory to manage tens of thousands of links. Some of us out there care about what is listed. Some automation is a must, especially if you intend to keep the site current. But I would not look for a script to make obtaining mass amounts of worthless links easier, or the directory will be just another cookie cutter crappy link farm.

    You can use PHP in the frontend. For the directory purpose you have to create /use a Database. You can use MySql as the backend.
