Yes I agree with @fernades create quality content, quality backlinks & get away from the content farms.

 

Question is not about quality content it's about that what techniques we should use from blog commenting,forum posting,directory and article submission,social bookmarking and networking.
Which is best in all of these.

 

Yeah after Google panda quality content is more important.
Use fresh and quality content for your website as well as for blogs.
Content shoul be more than 400 words.

But for somebody making 18k/week you sure care a lot about SE and SEO ...

 

After Panda update, I know people keep saying to add quality UNIQUE contents to your site. But what they forget to mention is about the loading time of your site.. They have introduced this new factor for ranking. The faster your site loads, the better is the rank. So get rid of unnecessary things on your site that slow up the loading time.
Also more number of ads (more than 5 per page) will make google feel that the site is mainly for monetization with low quality content..

What I discovered is:


A- Remove all low quality/thin/duplicate content..... Do not delete it, instead do following:

• Keep it noindex
• Apply cannicals
• Or apply 301 redirects.

B- If you have a UGC based site, better is to get a full time moderator to fight spammers or do some automation for the same.
C- Apply SILOs
D- Hunt content theft and take appropriate actions for the same!

Panda Update was first launched to avoid crappy content and ehow like sites that let anybody post and spam.
So content is the main household.

 

Google has announced many times in their official blog that they want unique and informative content every time we update our websites or blogs to serve their users a quality experience. Those websites who served low quality content and unsatisfactory user experience have to bear big drop in their ranking. I agree with "fernades" that in today's advanced search algorithm you websites will only succeed if it offers quality content and having quality and authority backlinks.

 

Yeah quality content and backlinks. Even better if the backlinks are from your niche.

 

Build quality and informative content. Write content for the users not for the search engines.

Echo all of the points discussed above. Quality content that is useful and relevant is key. Obtaining links with quality content and from sites in your niche should also be championed.

I think if your site does not have the relevant content though and does not answer the users search query people will leave straight away and this well increase your bounce rate which search engines are likely to interpret as a poor site so work on getting the bounce rate down with qualityy content that people would actually be looking for with the search query they are searching.

 

Avoid duplicate content at all costs. Post unique article to each article directory. i.e. don't post one article to more than one article directory.

 

Fresh,unique content, good on site SEO and a steady stream of quality backlinks. That's the big secret.

I absolutely agree. Content is still the king and Links are the queen. Keep in mind that we can never deceive the Search Engines, especially Google. So if you aim, to improve your rankings go for unique, quality and relevant contents
