blog post would be better than comments. They appear less spammy. Most comments don't get approved or are nofollow anyway.

Article submission, directory submission and forum posting may be the best in this case.

I do also prefer the One Way Link Building. Blog comment is a good option. But this is depending upon you. If you can comment properly as per the content of the blog that will be useful. Be sure the Blog should be relevant to your website / blog. Generic comments will be considered as Spam.

You can still use same old methods like article submission, blog commenting, press releases, directory submission, etc. But make sure to use unique contents for all these methods.

Panda only hurt certain sites with low quality content, its not aimed at devaluing links in-content. A one-way link within content still rule!

I think all linkbuilding methods that don't violate Google webmaster guideline should be good. Forum posting, Article marketing, press releases, blog commenting, and social bookmarking they all can help if done correctly.

whatever you do comments, signatures, social book marks, articles etc dont over do. Stop spinning or adding duplicate snippets as comment or description. That is detectable as un-natural links and they tickle the panda balls enough to make him choke slam you with his left butt.

If you make own blog and promote than it better for commenting, cause mostly blog comment no follow and your comment link can be spam or deleted by others.

Make backlinks with sites which are in the same niche as your site. Be sure they are DoFollow and permanent. Backlinks from high PR page are very useful.

do you even know there is something called no of unique domains linking to your site? How many blogs do you think you can actually make to push your website. Interlinking will be discounted if they are from the same IP. How many different IPs are you going to get? How many tld? How much content for each blog?

Last question. Did you even think before suggesting that?
