    What do you mean with "it was you who did it"?

    And once again you didn't answer my question. I asked if
    1: you could help me get the money back from the hacker?
    2: why is my balance -89 usd when the sale I got has NOT been refunded?

    The sale was a friend who bought lifetime premium with my link, I earned 89 usd and it was sent to the person who hacked my account on my country's national day, so nice of him! :(. Then you made my balance -89 usd, but my friend has not refunded!

    I mean that you did all this and pretending you were hacked. I didnt say you did this, im just saying that it could be a possibility (it happened to us in the past)

    1) Yes we can help in any way we could (but not if you disrespect us)

    2) Who told you it wasnt refunded? Check your stats well before saying things

    Yes, I am fully aware that it could be a possibility, and I dont doubt someone has tried to do that in the past as there are many scammers. If I was doing all this to earn money, why would I buy a premium account and thus I wouldnt earn any money from it afterall? When I said there was a possibility you scammed me, you said I was disrespecting you, then arent you disrespecting me now? Well, I did not disrespect you, I was just angry because you told me here is the proof that you got paid and you laughed at me and thought i was trying to get paid twice. Didnt you think about the possibility that I maybe got hacked? You didnt believe me and you didnt want to help me, and I have been having very bad luck with everything lately so I got very mad. I already apologized for this, and I am very sorry that I disrespected you. I will not disrespect you again, and I hope you can help me with this issue. If so, I will be very happy, I'll continue using this filehost for my uploads, and I will continue to try to get more referrals. I really want to stay with you because your payment plans are the best :).

    1: I previously asked if you could try to contact alertpay or anything to get the payment you made to the hacker's alerpay account refunded back to your account, and then give me the money back. Why would I ask you if you could refund the payment you made to the hacker's alertpay account if I was trying tos scam you? If you cant do that, what can you exactly help me with to get the money back from him? I tried to requestt the money from him and begged him to give it back in the request info, but of course he declined it :(. Can you please help me?

    2: I know it looks like in the stats that the sale was refunded, but that is not true. I got 3 sales, and was only paid for 1 because i was on the wrong payment plan with the first 2 sales. The third sale I got when I was on pps, was a friend who lives just 2 KM from my house. I visited him two days ago and he showed me (he did NOT tell me, he showed!) both that his filesonic account was still premium and that the payment in his paypal account was not refunded. He showed me that because I told him about what happened with my stats at filesonic.

    1) You know that AlertPay will not refund that payment! It was sent and its over there now.

    2) I see 4 sales ... 2 were not counted. One of lifetime and one refund of lifetime

    Why in file manager sort by name sometimes auto change to Z - A ??? It's usually happen when I remember login, I try with FF and Chrome but all are the same.

    1: No, I dont know they will not refund a payment because I never asked them for a refund before, and I didnt read in their agreement if they accept refunds. However if they do not accept to do refunds, they may make an exception once if you contact them nicely and tell them about the situation. I think AlertPay should atleast do that when you are using them this much. Are there any other ways you could help me?

    2: Ah ok, thanks, I didnt understood that it was a seperate lifetime sale. But still, the unpaid balance is wrong (Unpaid in USD: $-89.37). It should be 0.03 usd. Because I had $89.84 before my "first payment", then the stats went to 0 USD. Then I got a lifetime sale when I was sleeping or something and then stat would go to 89.4 usd and then when the premium sale was refunded, unpaid in usd would go back to 0.03 usd. But it wasnt subtracted once when the lifetime sale was refunded, it was subtracted twice so I got now -89,37 usd in my balance. So can you please fix this? Or is the system made this way so it subtracts the amount earned twice when the premium sale gets refunded?
