Consult with a CA or Lawyer. They will do on behalf of you.

The procedure to register a company varies from country to country. You would have to research the procedures for each country individually.

In NZ you can do it online for a couple of hundred dollars. Closing them down takes more effort.

You would be best to talk to your accountant or lawyer about the steps involved unless we have anyone here who knows about Iran. Do we?

Hint: look at the similar threads section at the bottom of this page. This question has been asked before and one of those threads may have your answer.

My best advise would be to research in the location in which you want to set up the company, I have done so for $70 in florida. Even if you contact a lawyer you should still do some research on the subject, you can not blindly trust people you deal with, you must know something about the subject.

a couple of thousand? it costs less then $100 to set up a LTD company if you do it your self and about $800 if you hire some one to do it for you, however this is in the UK but a little google research will find you a good deal.

actually I knew it will cost a couple of hundred. as my friend "asmazergui" said there are many ways and it doesn't need $1000.
I've visited a website once that registered ltd company with $100.

I wish I could remember that web site.

Again, it depends on the country you are in... talk to your family lawyer.
You do have a will don't you? If not it would be a good time to get one as it will help to manage your company if something unfortunate happens to you.

as I understood, there is no problem of money, but in the very process! lawyer will help I think, but people who know this process well will help you also! ask your friend too, as you said he did something like that)

In the United Kingdom you can register a Ltd (Limited) company through "Companies House", you can google them for more info. I think it cost around £30 to register then there is a few other fee's for their handling and admin fees. Shouldnt cost you more then £100.

Whoa, so cheap, only £30. But isn't there special taxes for it in the future?

In the USA, you can get a registered agent and registered as a LLC (same thing) for just under 500 USD... not bad at all...
