What is the latest news on the Pagegate Foley scandal?

Yeah, they went quiet after I reminded them of Studds and the fact that a democrat actually ass raped a page, intentionally...

    Foley just talked to one.

    Mr. Spencer, you write:
Gee, which document could that be? The Constitution of the United States of America? Hmmm.... never heard of it. Never studied it under the context of "Constitutional Law."

Nor was I ever known to be a "strict Constitutionalist."

    ;)

Well let's see... Jerry Studds actually had sex with his page... No criminal charges at all...

No one ever seems to mention that in the media. How soon we forget.

I don't get this kind of response. I don't get any of it, Foley's least of all.

"The Priest.." is what we heard.

People get ripped off everyday, I have yet to hear the "well, he himself got embezzeled once as a young man," defense.

Simple. What it means is, it is ok for a democrat to have sex with a page (also a minor) and continue to work for 30+ years after the fact without any remorse, aplogy or conviction.

Talk to one, and you are likely going to jail, assuming you are a Republican.

Look up double standard in your nearest English dictionary.

I guess you did not read up on Studds... Studds DID molest (ass raped in fact) a kid. Foley messenged one.

Internet messaging is now child molestation. Now that's great logic.

I believe what you are trying to say is "it's ok for democrats to actually molest kids, but it's a crime for a republican to message legal adults."

It's sort of the other way around ;)

Mia, so OJ Simpson got away with it... That means, what, no more prosecutions? The law is often misapplied. For instance, I am in favor of capital punishment, however, against it now at this time because of it's unequal application. (Blacks just seem to get to ride the lightning more than whites. Let alone all the men on death row or serving life sentences that DNA has since proven innocent). This does not mean we should have no law, it means only that we should have greater across the boards standards in it's application.

Is this something you agree with? Were you just being sarcastic to point out the irony of it all?

What does OJ have to do with this? Did you actually read this thread? Do you even know what we are talking about? DNA, Blacks and OJ vs. Foley messenging an 18 year old page. Kick'n back on grandpa's old cough syrup this morning?
