    The best way to start it with is good some bookmarking submissions in the sites given in the addthis.com widget list. I have seen lots of sites in that list which are related to dating or relationship, but never submitted my pages, because I deal in different niches ;)

    If its a dating site you can try Facebook advertising. I'm just curious to know if Arab countries allow dating sites???
