hi, i looking for new dedicated server i found for server4you.com but this is look to good to be reall ? thanks.
I think they don't have cPanel and use some custom modules for setups. They offer some monstrous machines for a heck of a deal.
We resell them. The service is very good in Europe (don't know about US). They offer Plesk with their servers.
what's about the unlimited band issue ? is there any restrictions about 100 mbit connection, like after exceed the 5 tb the connection will be decrease 10 mbit ..etc i am really interested about their eco servers but i have to be confident about this band issue.
I never heard such a website. May be it may not be a famous one .If you really need a great dedicated server, i will suggest you http://www.colocrossing.com/ go for it, my friends are using it! and its awesome buddy! Believe me.......
I've found the following in their FAQ: How may I understand the traffic flatrate. Can I really use unlimited traffic? Yes, with your Dedicated Server you can use an unlimited amount of traffic without further cost. Please note, however, that we can guarantee no connection bandwidth and reserve the right to limit the bandwidth in singular cases.
so they are scam ! ..thanks for informing .for example after 3 tb they are gonna limited my connection to 10 mbit from 100 mbit , got it .
not heard about server4you.com before. I believe that you can use Dedicated server from Hostome.com without any hesitations. You will be pleased by their high performance and stable solutions, affordable pricing and skilful support team which is always online
No it's not a scam, it's a case of someone expecting a genuine 100mbit connection but who is not willing to pay the real $2000-$5000 it costs per month for such a connection. Be realistic, when it comes to dedicated servers even providing a genuine 10mbit connection on a cheap server is not economical. You'll have contention, restricted trunks, quality of service, and all other restrictions that you just aren't aware of. You may get a 100mbit network port, but you'll never get a 100mbit connection unless you are paying for it, and if you're paying for it...you'll know... because it won't be in the 10's or 100's of dollars per month (just for the connection) it will be at least 4 figures.
