You can always start by SEO optimizing it first and then submitting it to search engines, social media etc. Make a few videos also and post them on You Tube and other places.

My web guy advised me to steer clear of PPC till I had done all the SEO stuff which has been mentioned above. He did say commenting on blogs is also good though tedious. Good luck!
