Unable to pay via HDFC netsafe

    For the last few days, I am unable to pay via my HDFC netsafe account. So i tried to use the card directly. it didn't work either. I also tried my other Mastercard. Same result. When i contacted the bank, they say there is no problem on their side. They aren't blocking any payment. When i contact the seller, they say there is no problem with the payment gateway. Here is the situation.
    -> I can't pay via paypal as i am an Indian user
    -> there is no online bank transfer facility available for the payment gateway
    -> My credit card and debit cards are not accepted.

    Now anyone please tell me how should I make a payment?

    You can contact payment gateway customer support about which are your Credit or Debit cards are not accepted? :)

    Well where you trying to use it. I am able to pay successfully for mobile recharging, domain purchases, paying hosting bills etc without troubles.
