MoneyBookers is a huge company man. They won't scam someone for $500, though getting accounts disabled is common with moneybookers. I think this happened to you because your account was inactive for a long time. You better write to the email. They will ask for some documents like National ID, Bank statements etc. If you provide them you'll have your account and money back.
Moneybooker us UK's to money processor network. They are not scam but their TOS are too hard to follow. Contact them over mail they will reply you within 12 hour explaining your condition and solution how to resolve it. They are very cooperative.I have great experience with them. we have faced a lot problems in start because we were new. But now we are working smoothly.
I have got response everytime whenever i mailed but i think you will get within 2 days for your reply. They are great in payment processing company.
They are excellent, you must be doing something wrong. Maybe you are not clerly explaining what you want or what the situation is.
I had some money transferred into my MB account only to find the account locked. The suggestion was to email security, which I did. I got no response. I then emailed their us-service link & also got no answer. I then did a search over at the Brooklyn BBB on moneybookers and found they have 44 complaints against them, many unanswered and a BBB rating of "F" as a result! I figure I can kiss my money good bye at this point & am about 24 hours away from filing complaints at the Federal Trade Commission, the feds internet crime complaints center (ic3), the BBB (not hopeful there), and my state attorney general. I figure I'll have to sue them to have any hope of recovery. That is my opinion based on my experience and what I see.
