This is one reason I pay no attention to their news and choose to read my news elsewhere.

Just read/watch news and push the opinion to the side. Look at news as an amoral chess game. That's what I do.

The pieces move, but you most likely don't know exactly why.

BBC yet another censored news outlet under the 100% control of the British Government just like it has been for decades

They are simply coming to grips with what everyone has known all along. I remember an argument I had with some UK twit (leeks, leaks????) a while back, abot how biased they are. He was appauled at Fox, but asserted he got his news from the balanced BBC.

We've also learned in the past week that CNN has gone full tilt left by giving aid and comfort to our enemies and making no excuses for deliberate left political coverage during the month of elections.

No news here, although it's nice to have things confirmed. I'm still waiting for someone to come in and say how the memo was obviously faked, etc and that the BBC is the epitome of unbiased reporting. The problem is that as long as people keep getting fed information that conforms to how they think the world really is (or how they want it to be anyway) they can't differentiate between what's real and what's spin. That's why I try to get my news from as many different sources as possible.

I get my news from various sources (NY Times, Fox, AP, BBC, Asia's CCTV-9, local paper, etc).

Spin is just ignored--not hard to do.

CNN is in overtime to make sure American's take on their view of defeatism. I can't say I've ever understood what drives liberals to wilfully seek out defeat and self-loathing on behalf of their country as the only option for everything. Must be french genes or something.

I really am surprised... but I will look more closely next time (I read the BBC news everyday). I have been aware that the content is different if they know your UK based.. that's why I always read the 'world' page.

This political correctedness has all gone too far - everyone has been saying this for years but it doesn't seem to stop.

It's hard to tell sometimes. It'd be very helpful, if you'd include a note as to why your posts make no sense or are apparently out of line with a normal discussion (ie let us know when you are being stupid; trolling; or just not reading). It would greatly help our understanding as to why a particular posts confuses everyone. Thanks.
