    is yuor traffic targeted or accidental? It is always good to have a traffic from a related content site rather than ads driven poor visitors who do not want to buy anything from you.

    Unfortunately these type of link exchange programs are frowned upon, because everyone is in it to promote their site, and not likely to actually visit another site and buy a product or sign up to a service
