I was wondering currently what CPA affiliate sites are out there that have the highest paying free trial offer promotions. The CPA networks that big freebie sites use, also these same ones would need to pay via Paypal and hopefully pay net 15. Its been awhile since I have looked into this and after I get a good response topic can be deleted. I'm basically looking for a good network to consider that can give a variety of free trial offers or cheap 10 buck or less trial offers. It would also be an added plus if this affiliate had International CPA trials as well, ones that work for countries such as India or many places outside of the common United States, Canada, United Kingdom list.
