WTF, you sent to someone else than me and pretend you gave me the payment!?!? My Alertpay account ID is definitely not starting with dav and not ending with ne7@...
You saw the history in my alertpay account, that transaction is not sent to me! Does the filesonic staff login to our accounts and change the alertpay ID and only pay those who earn the most money because it doesnt matters if some people who earn less complain if alot of high earners show their payment proof? So what are you going to do about this? After all this sucky support from filesonic after I became a premium user, I dont believe you will do a shit at all.

If someone changed my AlertPay ID in the account, it was someone else, NOT ME! Now when you have the AlertPay address it was changed to, you can check the name of the account holder is not my name!

Why dont you have a verification system, so people must accept a change of alertpay/paypal ID through their email atleast, or better would be if we had to send request to you and give you proof we own the account...
Why dont we get information about who logged in to the account last time? If I saw suddenly that some asshole in a different country logged into my account, I would make sure the AlertPay ID wasnt changed, then I would have reinstalled the OS, and changed my password and email!

So are you gonna help me with this and I will get my payment, or will you just say "LOL you changed that alertpay ID yourself to a different account, and now you pretend that was not yours account". Please dont say something stupid like that. My AlertPay account ID is the same as the Email address I registered the account on.

After waiting many weeks to get a payment and asking for help many times and waiting a shitload of time to get a fucking answer, you sent the payment to someone else than me.

Will you send alertpay a message describing this or/and will you send an email to this idiot who changed my AlertPay ID? Can you send me this email address so i can try to contact him too?

I hope you will do something about this, so I didnt waste all my time in FileSonic and not getting one single buck with it, because your security system is bad. I dont think I have gotten hacked because of a keylogger on my computer, because I did a fresh reinstallation of my OS a few weeks before I started with FileSonic. I read at this forum that another guy got the "paid" status too but nothing in his alertpay/paypal account (just like my issue), and aswell one guy who has lost his account and your not giving it back to him, so it looks like im not the only one.

I'm so angry at my self for that I purchased a premium user at FileSonic, because I thought I would earn more when i could upload bigger files and they would last forever, and I thought I would get better support aswell for being a premium user, but thats not the case at all. It looks like when someone buys a lifetime premium at Filesonic, you think that you cant earn anything more from this user so lets not give him his payment! It seems that I have to look for a different filehost who actually pay, its better than not getting paid at all even the site tells me "oh we got the biggest payments to our affiliates".

My English is probably very bad right now because it 02:45 now, but I'm so frustrated and dissapointed in this service. I was trying to get some referrals, so I did reccommend this place to all my friends, and they wanted to start with Filesonic too, but they wanted to see one payment proof first. So what can I show them now? I can only show them that you sent the payment to the wrong AlertPay account, and that you dont believe your affiliate when they say they didnt get the payment, and that the support sucks...

If you will solve this, I will be very happy, and I will show my friends that you really do care about your affiliates. But so far, I only see it as you give a shit about affiliates as long as you earn your money.

Oh well, what about viisoft90 and lioncap in the last pages. You didn't notice they haven't been paid? And what about all those people who say they sent hish a pm, many of them are probably people who haven't been paid.

This is not a discussion about who got paid and not, I'm not interested in who got paid. The more you post, the bigger is the chance of not getting an answer, because hish don't bother reading the last pages and answer everyone.

If I got paid, I would not be here complaining, I would post that I got paid instead. If you guys believe me or not is upto you, but I did show you my alertpay account and it's not difficult to see I didn't get a shit from filesonic. Those of you who think I'm trying to get paid twice, think again, is it difficult for a hacker to get some accounts, login to them, and then change the payment id? He has for sure did this to other people too, and your just gonna let him keep doing it, it's ok for you that he steals from people as long as this doesn't happen to you, so you give a shit about how secure filesonic is against this?

Nobody has worse luck than me, I could have been in guiness record book for having the most bad luck in the world!

Hish, why don't you check what other payments you have made to this person, and you will probably see that you sent many other payments to this asshole from other filesonic accounts if he didn't made many different alertpay accounts to cover his shit. Maybe you can check his ip and find out he logged into many other filesonic accounts?

Maybe it was not so smart to show everyone at this forum how much money i was waiting to get, so it attracted many hackers. Everyone this has happened to, please post here, because maybe there is a connection that the same person did it, so hish can check it. Most people have probably made a ticket instead of posting here, because they don't know of this forum and that it's faster reply here.

Now I'm wondering if hish will help me with this, or just say "we are not responsible for hacked accounts, so you will never get the money". Don't forget to read my post 21216 now hish, please read it and help me!

Hish actually give you correct answer. Even banks are not responsible when someone steal your CC informations and code. It's complicate but am sure you understand it. Anyway am not here to speak wide about security. All i wish to mention is that Filesonic pays off people. And hey .... everyone knows that.

I understand that you lose money and am sorry coz that. But i don't think its because filesonic at all. As you know it's year 2011 and they can track where every cent goes. It's impossible that money just vanish without trace. There must be some explanation.

People everyday lose CC infos and stays without money on ways what we can't even imagine - it happend. Each time only one who is responsible is card owners. End of story. In this case your account owner and your responsible for your account. Fiilesonic payment system is digitized and it's very small chance that they will make error. Almost equal to ZERO. Hish even provide you evidence ...

Yes, I understand that. But no, if a person steals cc info and buy stuff with it, my bank is responsible and NOT me! That's the rule in Norway, nobody steals money from us without a police investigation, and no matter if the thief is caught or not, the bank has to give us the money back. IDK how it is in your country, but if it is as you say, then there must be allot of scammers there because nobody is stopping them. What about the well known payment system PayPal? If someone hack's your account and buy something with it, you can ask for your money back and it will be refunded and you WILL get the money back because you are not responsible if someone steals your money.

Its a very small chance that Filesonic payment system make an error for sure, but it looks like it did this time by sending to the wrong payment ID! Yes he provided evidence that The system sent the money to the wrong guy, he didnt provide me evidence that it was sent to MY account! I have scanned my computer with avast! antivirus, malwarebytes, and when none of those found anything, I uninstalled avast and installed kaspersky and scanned with that too, but nothing found, so I dont think I got any keylogger on my computer. Like I said, its not a long time since I formatted and reinstalled my OS either. So I believe something with the payment system failed, or an hacker got my password some other way.

The money did not vanish without a trace, I dont think that payment proof picture is fake. The money was not vanished and the trace is there for who they sent the money to so they know who is the thief.

If filesonic had a better security system, this would never happened. When you login to the account, you should see what IP address logged in to the account last time! How difficult is it to implement that, if Megaupload got it, why cant Filesonic have it and be just as safe? Filesonic should ATLEAST have a way to see what Pament type and What Payment ID is chosen. Why cant this be in the Account Info at Dashboard? What about a notification by email that the Payment ID was changed and that you need to accept it? That should absolutely be there, nearly all other kind of sites where you can earn money has verification by email when changing the Payment ID. It's like Filesonic want people to get hacked without noticing it. Do you really want hackers to sell premium accounts to hundreds of people so you get less sales because people buy hacked Filesonic accounts instead as its cheaper? I guess that has happened alot already, but the account owners dont notice it because there is no notification or security at all. Only way to notice if you get hacked is if the password is changed, this is stupid!

You probably dont care at all about the security as you think this cant happen to you. I think this is just some basic security that should have been there from the start. By having this simple security, I would notice someone was in my account and changed my Payment ID, and I would change my password and email with iPhone and I would not login from my computer the day before payment. After payment is recieved, I could login from the computer again and do the same the next week. Another way to protect myself would be to use avast SafeZone function every time I use Filesonic. There must be alot of other ways we affiliates could protect ourself from this aswell by a little bit of help from Filesonic staff. Why dont you give us information for how to protect ourself against hackers, and why dont you tell us how weak the security is so we can be more careful to protect ourself enough against this?

I'm warning everyone here about this bad security system, and I reccommend everyone to protect yourself better and be more careful, so this does not happen to you aswell. lets see if Filesonic takes action and helps the affiliate, or if they give a shit and let the thief get away with it even when they got all the thief's information. I'm hoping for the first. If all other filehost's give a shit if someone gets hacked and the payment stolen, Filesonic should not do the same. If you now prove to use you care about your affiliates, you will get alot more affiliates from other filehosting sites that dont. If not, you will lose affiliates instead who will move on to other filehost's with better security against theft.

2 months ago I could get payout every week on Elite.
Now I am struggling to get Elite Payout every 2 weeks - with 4 times the TBs I had 2 months ago.

It is almost not even worth uploading anymore - with the amount of effort I put into this.

never use same user:password/secret questions for your email, forum, moneyprocessing service, and bank accounts. This is the most common mistake that ppl make.
I am the guy who used to have fun of such mistakes. About two years ago, just of curiosity, I decided to test my "theory":
You dont need to be a hacker yourself, just google some "free porn password" site, you will find huge lists of user/login pairs. Simply try those IDs to log in to yahoo, hotmail, or gmail. You know what? At least one out of approx 100-200 login attempts was successfull!
Having access to a e-mail account means that you can do almost everyting with all web accounts associated with this e-mail. AND SOME PPL have the same user:pass for e-bay, bank accounts...etc. Trust me I once managed to login to some guy's bank acc with a 35000 balance on it! It did have a instant money transfer option. Some ppl even communicate (by e-mail) their own insurance/driver license number, even though banks never request this kind of info by e-mail because they are well aware that the sender's e-mail can be hacked! PPl do trust banks and dont believe they can be "watched" by third parties!

Guess what ... I never even dared to steal someone else's money, I was just having fun discovering how careless ppl can be!!! now... having same password for different accounts is the most common and STUPID mistake!

Even more, even if you have different passwords dont make them too similar. The guy with that 35000 balance had password Lucy05 for some porn site. It didnt work for his yahoo acc, but I logged in by simply trying a different last digit. In this manner his bank account pass was Lucy01, e-mail - Lucy02.... and so forth:) You wont believe me but I even made him a internatuional phone call (yes I already knew his phone number) to tell him that his user/pass is published on some porn pass liss and that his bank deposit is most probably in danger! (The stupid MoFo didn't even thank me... stinky piece of shit was more concerned abt not admitting that he was a pay porn site user lol!).

Now... there are zillions of forums where you are posting your stuff. You are using your e-mails and user:pass (even secret questions) for those forums right? Who can guarantee that the admin and/or staff member are not using your IDs to access your e-mails and file host accounts? Creating forums is so easy nowadays! Think abt this, and make your passwords differ!

Also, ppl sign up for some money making/sharing sites, such as click bux etc... you know, you provide yur IDs and are not even sure are they scam or not!

EVEN MORE! even if you have different hard-to-guess/bruteforce passes and if you feel that your PC acts suspicious, has viruses etc... deleteing the visrus, formating HD, and reinstalling the system is not a guarantee that your web IDs are safe too. If you are dealing with internet money - change the passes too!

    ..ok, sorry for my English.

Thank you for your post, but I do have two completely different passwords in filesonic as in my gmail account. I have been hacked before and after that, I use different passwords on email, alertpay, filesonic and all other money related sites... However, on forums I have the same password because I have registered to so many and would never remember the passwords if I had different for all xD.

Someone in MSN told me that the Payment ID and type is written in the settings of the filesonic account, but mine is empty. I tried to insert my alertpay ID and update the settings, but it was still empty when I updated the site, and I didnt get a confirmation email. I checked that my e-mail address in the setttings is correct too, and yes it is! I dont get why you are able to just change the alertpay address when you first have entered one. Who got more than one AlertPay account? That is a very stupid way to help the hackers to easily steal our money. Why dont Filesonic just lock the payment ID by our choice? Why cant we chose if we want it to be locked or changeable? Or you could make a system to give us an option at registration of filesonic, if we want a delay to change the payment ID after confirmation email is accepted, and for how many days if we chose that we want the delay. Then if the payment id was changed and email confirmation accepted, there would be a message when we login to our filesonic account that said "You are about to change your payment ID and has accepted the email confirmation, the change will be made in X days or X hours. If you did not make this request, please click cancel, reinstall your os, and change your email and filesonic passwords!". If you had this security, people would notice the attempt of stealing a payment.

This is the most weird issue I have ever seen, it seems to me it was either Filesonic who scammed me on purpose, or their payment system failed and sent to the wrong person, or an hacker has made a keylogger that is not detectable by any antivirus. I will definitely reinstall my OS and change all my passwords now, this is shit!

Still no answer from you Hish, are you gonna help me or ignore me and help the thief? If you help me, I will tell the world that you do care about your affiliates and didnt let the thief get away with my money, and gave it back to me. I will tell the world the complete opposite, if you wont help me and you let the thief go with my money.
