I say NEVER change content until and unless you have to, I.E. the content is out of date. Because right now your site is ranked based upon your content and its relevancy in search results. If you change this, your ranking will drop. I would suggest keeping the content you have and POSTING new content at the same time.

depends on what is the current ranking of your site.. if the SERP and PR are not good and you have something new in mind and want to change the site then go ahead and do it..

You can attach a blog to your domain, publish it under your current web domain - www.yoursite.com/blog
Blog is the best way to add fresh content to your site.

There's a difference between 'adding fresh content' and 'replacing the one you have'. Google actually likes fresh content, it means you are working on the site, updating it, and thus providing visitors with updated material. However, replacing content pages may sometimes work against you if the page is already indexed, and/or has PR.

Google may suspect your site that you having duplicate content. Better to add more fresh content or you can also add 5 and delete 2 at a time. By this way you'll be able to change the whole content gradually.

Instead of replacing your contents, just add a new, unique content to your site. But if you think that it will benefit your site, then go ahead.

2 years domain age should give you some PR ranking already. After you delete all content and replace it search engines have to index all new content again and it takes time to get some kind of position in search engine.
