Does anybody knows some good software to manage adwords campaigns? I have found this one that seems quite good at first look http://www.intelli-response.com
    Has anybody tried it yet?

What's your monthly Adwords budget, number of keywords / campaigns to manage, use of other PPC networks?

The answers to these questions determine which software would work best for you.

    Cheers

Nope, and I wouldn't bother. Would never use a product/service from some unknown company who's support page doesn't even offer a phone number.

I'm not really sure why you would need a third party program. The adwords editor seems to have everything.

If you're managing 100,000+ keyword campaigns, you need more than the Adwords Editor to remain sane :)

Well, I'm getting close to that, maybe that explains why I am insane :)

It would be nice if there was something that managed adcenter, ovt, and adwords all from one interface. Add in some ROI tracking, and it would be amazing.

Note to self: business opportunety here.

    There is :)

I used to work for the company that wrote the software ... and in addition it managed Miva (Espotting), Kanoodle and a whole bunch of other weird and wonderful PPC based marketing sites (including multiple languages! ... have you ever tried to debug code that used Kanji fonts when you have no idea what the language is actually saying!)

(and yes, it is a *very* profitable market to get involved with!)

I manage about 20,000 keywords and spend about 50K a month with Google, what do u recommend as a good toll to help me automate and monitor the ROI on individual keywords?

Apart from what iBold was referring,
I have a basic question - Won't the existing Reports and other Tools of Google Adwords help us in monitoring the ROI on individual keywords?

Yes, but you can do even more kinds of tracking of your ROI with certain types of tools. For example, what happens if an Adwords click registers on day 1, but the customer doesn't convert, but they*do* convert on day 61 when they re-visit via a bookmark. Does that count towards the Adwords ROI or not? Different people have different opinions, and all of them are right, it just depends if your tool can measure that. Google's reports can't in that instance.

Also, we were talking about other SEM campaigns to be included in the single tool for which Google is a little limited in managing other engine's the bids :)

Whatever you end up using make sure it ties in nicely with your analytics package and can support PPC networks besides just AdWords.

Ok, I'll check with the company that I'm thinking of to see what coverage they have near to you ... I wouldn't want to recommend anyone that doesn't have 'local' support ... because although their offering is web-based, it's always helpful to have a support desk that at least is in a nearby time-zone, eh? :)
