    I need an explanation from Filesonic!
    I've was hacker attacks on 27/4. Hackers take away my account + email!
    I have contacted support filesonic. and after sending proof of payment, the full answer to the question of Flaco, he was sent my account info for me!

    Two days later, I can not access the WebMoney. I sent a notice to Filesonic that I have lost WebMoney account. they have misunderstood that I was hacked, and locked my account.!

    I explained that, do not have hacker attacks, which only lost WebMoney. and they unlock my account!

    then the hacker have used my WebMoney to request filesonic send my account for him. filesonic lock my account again.!

    now they say that: they knew it was my account but because the account has been attacked three times, can not recover!

    I could not keep in touch with Flaco because he blocked my ICQ.!

    I need Filesonic to explain .hacker attack my account just a once. is not 3 times!
    and you took away my income, I want my income is returned.!

    I have spent more effort to work for you. so please help me get back account!

    We looked into the issue and you and the hacker sent us proof that its your and his account.

    In this situation , we can not believe one and tell the other that they are lying!

    It is your responsibility to keep your account safe!

    Our TOS & FAQs mention that we are not responsible for hacked accounts.

    Of course, when we can help, we surely do ... But this is a very sensitive case and we made a mistake once and paid the hacker.

    I had to contact Flaco, soon after hacker attack!
    I have submitted evidence payment to Flaco, and Flaco has restored my account.!

    I'm sure the hacker only have my WebMoney , and he was using WebMoney account to request you send my account for him.!

    now I can only ask the help of Flaco.

    I "got" a payment on Tuesday, and the status became processing and payment type was alertpay. After some days, the status changed to paid, but I have not received anything in alertpay. I have included picture of both the payment stat in filesonic and the alertpay overview. Also, idk if that is the issue, but my alertpay account and the option for alertpay is gone every time I go to settings in my account...

    Please help me! I have completely stopped uploading stuff until this is sorted, I don't want to waste more time with filesonic if I never get paid, I don't trust you yet.
