my account was limited for doing dropshipping ( i couldn't show invoices to prove i owned the products ) yes it is against their rules but i might give this email a go, i still use my friends ebay for personal stuff, car parts etc which has never been a problem, its just a bit annoying going through him all the time. I'll llet you know if it works.

 

try another host, maybe it works..... sometimes paypal sucks.

Depends on which country you are from. Different country PayPal has different type of rules.

 

Call them at night after 1 am India time. You can call from Google Talk (if you have high speed Internet) for free if you want to save International calling fees. You may need to wait anywhere 3 - 15 minutes after calling to reach their customer service representative.

My paypal account is verified, As i verified my account using my bank account.As paypal deposit 2 small amounts and i verified them. But still my account is limited access as they asked to conform credit card and to send them proofs. I tried To send them proof, But they are still in pending verification and I dont have credit card. I have punjab national bank debit card. But when i try to connects My debit card( Master card ) It gives me the error...

Ur questn isn't clear. If you have an stealth acct(ie an acct with forged profile details) that has been limited, its quite diff to find a similar name to help you provide the documents. Which means you need to wait for 180 days after which paypal will allow you remove ur money only thru a US bank.

If ur acct is new, then u need a credit card (prepaid card) for ur acct to be free from limits. I can provide u a prepaid card that wil be registered with ur name and billing address b/4 u submit them. U add a bank acct b4 ur acct is verified while a CC is to remove withdrawal limits. The card i'll give u can also be used to make online purchases as well as removing all limits from any country.
