Just A Little Discouraged Right Now

I'm just impatient lol.


My dir (in sig) has been up for a little over two weeks, and I've been working on it for an average of probably 5-6 hours a day. I've been submitting to directories like crazy, doing meta tags for every category, redesigning, posting on forums all over, blogging about, etc.

But I'm not getting much traffic these days. I have 1013 links, but my pageviews have been dropping. I'm just gonna keep plugging away at directory submissions lol that's about all I can do (staying free).

very nice directory m8. You actually have pretty high Alexa ranking. Not bad at all.

 

It takes time. Your directory is less than a month old. Give it 6 months before you will see good results.

 

i would recommend trying to get onto dans list at info.vilesilencer and the directory critic list.

Dan has the best future lined up as he already has a clear route to quality that submitters will go for.

Its only been a month. Come on. Directories are not a quick riches route. Read the interviews/posts of big pro directory owners, there bucket loads of work.

Don't be discouraged - keep working at it and you're sure to see some benefits after a few months. 1k links is a great starting point, keep looking for more opportunities for promoting your directory.
