    you will definitely get banned if your mates are clicking them 5 times a day and there are no other clicks then your CTR will be naturally high
    and google arnt stupid

    Google spiders get access to IP data and activity of users wherever they go? Not that I am surprised though.

    1st. you member already know about adsense,.. so they DON'T click it
    2nd try ads position,..

    I agree with your first option since this members never clicks and the click can comes only from blind clicks.When i used free hosting i had avoided to click ads all the time
