    Add content, keep things in balance, no drastic changes or you may be reclassified for ranking, as I've found, sometimes just as simple as changing/fine tuning the description-site vanishes for a few days, a week, sometimes more, before rebounding and settling back in rank. Too many backlinks, at one time, has created a vanishing act also, takes time to get the ranking stable, so always approach in small steps will save time and headache.

    What you might wana do in future is insure that your business is not overly dependent on Google..They are pretty notorious with their slaps. Try getting yourself indexed on other search engines plus try building up a good old fashioned list

    They thought you were being spammy. Google is cracking down on a lot of sites like this with the meta issue and ones that blatantly spam. The sandbox is getting full of garbage sites that try to use old-school internet marketing tricks.
