    any directory that approves articles instantly without moderation is a low quality article directory therefore submitting to it would not give you much benefit. stick with article directories that moderates articles before publishing which are usually good quality directories. even if it takes some time to get approval, you get better quality backlinks at the end

    you mean to say submit to the directories listed in directoryrate.com??? I cant find the Submit link anywhere there.
