Next Major Pagerank Update Google

Smart speech. Nobody can do anything if Google don't want to update a site's PR.

However hope is also an way in regards of PR.

Only google knows when the next pagerank update will happen. I read awhile back that the pagerank update is approximately every 3 months.

 

That hasn't been true in forever, but people keep saying that... instead of updates every 3 months, we get random handfuls of pages updated every month.

 

Not a major one yet.
There are some minor ones, but they occur a lot...

 

Indeed, I hear a lot of people screaming that out. but the last one was around the 20th of January +3 months = 20th April (Nothing happened there!)

 

Google has always stated you shouldn't worry about PR but continue building backlinks and fresh content and the PR increase will come

 

I know I shouldn't worry about PR, but I need it because if I have it people want to write for the blogs (to earn nice backlinks)
No it has pr0, and no one is looking for a PR0 website to write articles for...

 

I dont think,many people care about Pagerank.I believe in just building backlinks and increase my sites ranking in Google.Pagerank is just one factor of many Google's factor

 

I do think they care about PR. Because on the main site (which has a PR6) there are many people who want to write, too many!
I think that a PR domain sounds better in the ears of the author then a PR0.

 

At least, a high PR site looks to have more authority that a low PR site.

 

For Blogs, Directories, Article sites PR matters a lot.It gives authority.....But if you are owning some site with niche content...all that matters is ur visitors , adsense income & popularity....

 

Dont worry about pr. Google trying to get you to think about other things such as traffic and what not. Just continue to do backlinks afterall its a never ending process. Page Rank will happen in time just wait.

 

yes i agree. ive been considering PR ever since as i'm always flipping my sites.
sites with high PR get to be noticed first..

But it didn't happen in May last week
Or did it? Because none of my websites have changed, although my few new ones have very nice backlinks
I also hear from people that the update is comming end May.
But I will make sure that the authors, who are already on my site, will write some good content, and we'll get more visitors

I guess all you can do is carry on doing what you're doing and just wait for google to update since you'll never know when it's going to happen.
