    Dear Hish,

    When i tried to access my filesonic, an error occur... i recieved the following message...
    "We have detected some suspicious behaviour coming from your IP address (XXX.XX.XX.XX) and have been temporarily blocked. If you feel this is an error, click here to report it to our technical team."

    I have tried to click on the link "click here to report it" but apparently, it does not work hence i have no alternative but to look for help here. I have browsed the forum and have noticed that there are quite a few users experiencing this same error? Could i get some assistance on this issue, please?

    It's nothing wrong, the files will be deleted on the other filehosts too, there is a difference in the response time, that's all.

    If the file gets downloaded does it stay up for longer? I still have files I uploaded in march and I have no premium but my premium ran out a couple of week ago. Do I need the premium to keep the files weather they get downloaded or not?

    Or Second Question is : can i add this restriction on y file that only premium user can download it ?

    Pls take action own our files if you got real DMCA report.

    This is not fair if i lose my files that were never reported by original agent & don't take action own fake DMCA report.

    yea, file.sonic deleted my 300 xxx files from single folder, just because someone reported whole folder. They didn't even bother to check those files.
