Looking for Directory Submission Services

    I am looking for slow manual directory submission services, initially I need 1000 submissions with 100-150 submissions per day.

    - Directories shall have minimum PR1 & with different ips
    - The page where my link appear shall be indexed & crawled by Google
    - Complete submission report will be required upon completion
    - Payment will be made after completion of work

    People who can accept post-pay may contact me with price & approval ratio they commit?
