I am upset about my site

Recently, I found my site dont have better rank. Why, I always updating it and many keywords have a good rank before.

But now when I check this with google search engine, it is so bad. Can you help me?

maybe too many powerful competition in that keyword

 

Work on getting more quailty back links for your website.

 

Get more links to your site, and try not to use to much keywords because you can spam. Your content must be unique also.

 

You need to work on your off page seo

 

I used to rank quite well for some competitive keywords in my website category. Thought I could take a rest and reap the rewards of my labor. After ignoring my site for while I dropped to the 2nd page on google. It is a constant fight and I am currently trying to regain my old serp's.

 

There could be some of the following reasons :-

- Poor links.
- Panda effected.
- New site.
- Or any black hat ways.

 

What is you website topic?
Have you heard about Google Panda update?? I think its because of this.

 

what is the link and niche of your site???

 

You should consider that the competition is working to. So put more work. And google updated the algo in europe also

 

You should focus more on your traffic statistics. If your rankings dropped, it does not necessarily mean that you lost traffic. Sometimes, rankings are useless if you are not ranking for keywords that bring traffic. If you find out that loss of rankings has affected your traffic, then try to build some backlinks for your keywords.

 

Do more backlinks related to your niche if possiable do follow higher pr helps too. Forum commenting

 

You need to do more.. focus on article writing, linkwheels, backlinks and build mini links to your main site.

 

If you stop doing the link building then it will drop your ranking. because google only consider the backlinks to rank your website high. your competitors always be active and this impact on your search result. so don't stop doing your website SEO.

 

you always update your site, but check out the quality of the contents. investigate into the relevant website with same keywords. if you have old seo technique , then i should say it far too old tactics to bring high traffic to your site. just change you old seo technique and try new one like smo, forum posting, social media marketing etc.

You should work towards improving your website and keep a check on your competitors activities.

 

Try to find out your website with the exact URL... If it appears in the results, this means your website is not at least penalized... It just require more off page optimization.

- Social networking
- Social bookmarking submission
- RSS submission
- Forum [posting
- Link baiting

 

Maybe not so much on "linkwheels" It may get him in trouble... is it not considered Black Hat SEO?

 

Get more links and also try to increase content. Unique contents can do miracles.
