I prefer for manually link building rather than automated tools. But if you really want to be benefited then can try Scrapebox or Seonuke. Both are very popular in automatic link building but many of high page ranked sites don't allow the automatic process and marked it as spamming.

Try to get the backlinks manually. Because using such tool(s) if get bulk backlinks all of a sudden, Google will notice it & your ranking will be hampered. Google may rings your bell.

There are indeed many option for automatic tools to create backlinks, the ideal choice is manual submission where you can select the appropriate category for your website or article.
I agree with most of the replies to this thread, that manual link building is better than using a tool to do it. It is always good to review sites first before adding a link there than relying on a tool, just to avoid being tagged as spammer. Personally, I have never used any automated tool to build links because I know what it might do to my credibility.
don't use any tool for back links. just build quality links manually because google and other Search engines take care about building links naturally. just go for a SEO or Link builder for building relevant & High PR links. A single quality link can count as a back link while hundreds of bad quality links not. So build links manually with take care about quality and never trust on Tools.
I use a script i developed. All i nid do is find autoaproved links and include it in my script and upload 2my server. Then i post coments from that script which which submits it to all those autoaprovd links. If want dis, pm me
I prefer to use actual human resources to build links as the links are more diverse and the techniques aren't as gray. Outsource your backlinking is what I'd propose.
