    after i checked my email
    Is there any way to enable this

    Firstly, look through ur server stats of ur stie and look for any weird activities. If there isn't any issue than most probably someone flooded u with clicks or the adword advertiser made a complaint about u.

    no, once google bans you then there is no way you can get that account back but you can certainly apply again. Good Luck.
