    All the place are actually same, you can find some quality website but many of them are crap site. Therefore, you gotta know how to check the website and willing to spend time on it. DP BST section is one of the good place to buy link.

    Yes.It depends on competitors and your backlink quality.Also it is important to get those links indexed by the search engines or they wont count.
