What do I need to install to set up a virtual cash system in my forum?

    Hi,

    I just started my new forum site. I saw on some forums where you get virtual cash for posting and then you reward a user with the cash for doing other things. Also I saw the system where it cost a person $x virtual cash to request a service and reward other person for doing that service (like submitting reviews about that requested site).

    I really want that plugin/mode for my vBulletin 4.1.3 Forum.
