Let me explain.... I have been running adsense for 3 months already in my blog about technology. I create a lot of unique contents and today I have reached $620.77. But today I have also noticed that this money is useless because i am underage and I cannot provide Google with IRS Form W-9, social secury and everything they are asking for. There's probably no way I will ever get that money, but if any of you in this forum know a way of me getting it, that would be awesome. If not, then I guess my site is useless because all the unique contents I created was to increase my site traffics which I did and monetize it.
Never heard of this happening before. How underage are you? Perhaps if you will be turning the legal age soon you can just keep the funds on hold until then. Not sure what Google's policies are in regards to this, but perhaps you could contact them directly and ask if a family member can claim the funds, ask if they would allow that?
Lol just put the money on hold. Sorta of like a 0% interest investment, but keep it there until you are over the age.
here's the adsense policy on age. you should not have been approved in the first place if you are not of legal age. and if you did, then you must have lied about your age. http://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=14230
Yeah right, before applying to google adsense they will ask you if you are 18 years of age and you can read that also in their TOS.
Before doing anything with such serious websites you should read their privacy and terms of use. And you don't need to worry but learn from your mistakes
How, the account is in his name and of course he lied on the application which is not good. Like another member said earlier, just let the money build up and when turn the legal age, you can buy a car hopefully.
Wait till you qualify to get the funds, that's probably the best option Or else try contacting Google support and ask them whether you are entitled to transfer your adsense account to any of your family members I think its not a big issue and their must be some policies regarding the same
you must wait now... but before starting it was your duty to read carefully all the instructions/terms and conditions.
This is the best thing I can do, I guess. Yeah, if my site keeps doing well, I might do that. If I read all eula or agreements of things I do, I'd still be reading.
