    Hey Guys,
    Have you ever used cloaker?

    Yes?

Well I have used it before for my clients on their request and have benefited on some sites. I thought let us share our topic here to gain knowledge from each other on this.

Well do you think cloaking is illegal? In some cases it is a necesity. For example if you want to give out different content to users of different places of the world then it is called cloaking.

Now is this illegal and should this be unethical to search engines? Answer should be no because this is for a specific need.

But the same method is manipulated and site is cloaked to cheat SEs.

    Looking forward for your views

    Regards
    MI
    :)

In Google's guidelines it is illegal because cloaking, as we said, can give you best results in no time in which white hatters called it cheating.

Cloaking is commonly used in blackhat techniques so be careful because not only you will be banned from Google, but also the website.

Do what you got to do, I would cloak if I had too, aslong as you take the risk into account

Cloaking affects the search engine when it is used to force a non-interested surfer to visit a specific site by decieving him. This affects the end user experience and thus the SE experience of user.
Although cloaking can be used in a positive manner to provide end users a custamized experience. Many of top websites uses the method to give personal touch e.g-amazon uses the method to provide personalized content.
It only depends on the way and objective(enhance user experience) it has been used for.

I'd like more information on this. I'm not even necessarily going to try cloaking in any manner - but I would at least like to know more about this. I'm an information junkie, and cannot resist the urge to learn more.

Can you please provide some information on this "pure gold" method?

Yes this is how it is used for positive purpose. Same method is followed by cloaking site to show SEs a different content and real users a different ;)

This helps the site get top position while sowing real users some genuine content :D

No doubt it works great and is quickest possible method, but has risk if not done properly and your site may get banned.

well there are way out to this too ;)
