I am really frustrated trying my vcc to paypal and some merchant sites, it not being accepted anywhere . the only possible reason i think is the billing address ,so what to put in the billing address ,i called hdfc several times they are saying billing address is for real credit cards . so what to put in the billing address ? any help ???
this is the exact error i am getting everytime i try to use the card ...i also tried using pay using CC(no pyapal) but the card is not working there either ... i created 2 cards and both are not working ...this is a new account so is there something like your fist 2 or 3 cards will not work at all...
No its not like you get problem with vcc u create for the first time. i created my first vcc yesterday and successfully paid for pof ads. i think you can use it on any merchant site.
yes , i am getting the same error and with all merchant , not just with paypal . Today created 3 VCC and all were declined by 2 different payment processors ( one was with paypal ) . It was all working good till yesterday .
it's not that vcc aren't just working with paypal , they are not working with other payment processors also.
Name on the billing statement must match the name on the VCC. i think this error is due to name mismatch
well i tried to buy something from a vcc from ebay.in , it didn't work , i tried to pay for some other site which uses avangate gateway to process payments , it didn't worked . The problem isn't with paypal , it's with hdfc , i think
