Today I paid for a 90 days membership..and today my account "due to some suspicious behavior" was blocked...I've been filling those captcha recognition all day and i've gotten no answer whatsoever..

Also this link sends me nowhere so...what's the use???!!

I would really appreciate any feedback on this ridiculous matter.

Hello again Hish, I still haven't got any reply from the fraud department. I'm really starting to get bored of your slow support, is it because you want to keep the money? I can tell you that if you stop paying people, they will switch to other filehosts, including me! Why does it take so long? I want this sorted before tuesday.

And when will you answer med about the playsonic mission I didn't get credit for !?!?

 

Yup, downloads are almost stopped for me too, going up and down wildly. I hope the techs will fix the problem soon.

yes, yesterday i noticed stats was jumping, today is almost stoped, wait fixing that!

So as i noticed there are more problems today, after rename files i have old name of file, stats frozen. downloads are not counting almost,

 

This problem is also related with corrupted files? I have lost 3 files that got corrupted for some reason. Now the big problem is that those 3 files are from 3 different movies and i don't have copies.
Hope you can find a solution to this problem or problems, because i never saw the same think happen in another file host.
