Big Increase In CTR With New Adsense Feature

    Hey

    Well google has made one slight change to my ad formats and it has resulted in a big increase in CTR - I reckon the CTR has doubled at the moment.

    I am not sure if this is old news or not but the adsense ads on my sites now have both the heading and the url of the website underlined

    It makes the unit as a whole look more clickable and it is certainly performing much better.

    I am using these colours:

    Border: #FFFFFF
    Title: #133ECE
    Background: #FFFFFF
    Text #333333
    URL: #133ECE

    Anyone else noticed this on their ads?

    Yep, i would affirm to this. My CTR has also significantly jumped on the higher side.

    This is very common technique on ads optimization, you can actually find this suggestion at Adsense help center
    It really work on improving ctr
