    I do not want turnkey websites or websites that have no point to them or are affiliation websites.

    It must serve a purpose!

    How about this website which ranks first page for Website Value Calculator?
    Nice increasing traffic stats and earns some adsense passively. If more pages are indexed, the site will probably continue increase traffic.
