Well I like the niche. What's going to happen is that you're going to have the directories category EXPLODE and your others will fill up if you keep it free but your focus on creating deeper categories initially would be making more categories under directories.

ie;

Free Directories
Free & Paid Directories
Niche Directories

The other categories I'd sit on and after there are 20 or so in one look if there's 3 or more for example that are niche and create a subcategory for them and your directory will expand nicely and be comprehensive.

Like the google ad and how it matches well but you should probably blend a bit more as webmasters being the niche are all avoiding the adsense and you have to trick them (blend well) to get clicks. So either blend well or choose other ads.

Best of luck, and keeping it free will give you TONS of Traffic, if you go paid with no PR or much else you'll get lost in the heap of others. Go paid later when your traffic/PR increases or keep it free with paid options is sound advice

and free and paid directories.

More categories will be added soon. I think now about some good things.
