why ppl always say "DONT ASK YOUR FRIENDS TO CLICK ON YOUR OWN ADS" coz google will bane you. so never try to do this coz they will click for you rapidly from one IP/Friend. Google will track you and will bane you. if u think that Facebook redirection will save you then u r absolutely wrong. remember google track IP's and redirections. You Can do this but there is 100% Risk of bane.
My Advice is : Work Hard Add Unique Content to Your Site and Grab Real Visitors. u will never get banned by Google.
    Thank You!

    As I know you can't!
But best way is to ask this question to the Adsense support team.

How is it different asking your other online friends? you cant ask your friends to click your ads, no matter if they belongs facebook, twitter or anything else..

certainly i my self dont get wat he actually want to ask ? if u just share ur site on facebook , and people vists it , its naturall but if u only say them to go n click the ads, its obviously not allowed, and u may get banned for involving in invalid clicks
