    Its not possible to do for sure. Go with a host who offer FFMPEG.

    How do you have a VPS without root access? I have never heard of such a thing. You have to have root access on your VPS.

    I have root access just cannot login as root so some commands like ./install etc not working

    You can log in as root on any VPS, or at least you should be able to if you are using a decent host. I have a feeling you're either sharing the VPS with someone else (in which case you're going to have to get that access) or you are really on a shared host with SSH access and are trying to install it on a host that doesn't want you installing it.

    You are going to need root access for this. I don't know what you're not telling us, or why you don't have root access on your own VPS, but it isn't going to work without it.
