I paid $500 to AJ Help Desk for their crappy and according to my host (poorly written script) from day one the script was having massive problems that sucked the life right out of the server, so after a week that was somewhat fixed, but still AJ Help Desk was not working properly, and still showing errors...even two days before, I sent an email to AJ Help Desk, and said, this is it; It has been almost a week, please refund my money...I get a reply saying, sorry, sorry, we will fix in 3 hours...so 3 days later they still had not completely fixed the problems; I have sent more then one emails regarding my refund; I sorta get this feeling they are not going to give me a refund in a wilful manner, so this tells me this is not a repectful company. AJ Help Desk is encrprted, so did they think I was going to pass it around, geez, if anyone wanted your buggy script, I am sure it would not be that hard to crack, then on my last refund request, I was told I was given the full uncoded version and that all problems were fixed, not true, I am not sure about the uncoded part, but at the time that I removed the script from my server, well it still had problems, so it was not working completely as she stated, so therefore I have contacted their pay processor, and if they do not respect my refund request, then I will take it up with my bank. Its like if walmart refused my refund, do I have to take the item all the way back to the manufactuer for a refund? For god sakes AJ Help Desk, show some respect and dignity, or maybe it is worth it for them to get a bad review, if something goes wrong, and you are willing to toss money away, then buy from AJ Help Desk, they clearly need to fix their bugs before selling a script for such a high about of money, no one should have to buy anything for $500 then spend a week waiting for someone to do little to nothing.... and the worst part is their short robot like replies which stated little to no info at all to what they were doing, not doing, and most times they did not reply at all. AJ Help Desk http://www.ajhelpdesk.com PS. Before I took their script offline, they did have access to the script. I even posted in the FAQ how awful this script was, do not buy, etc...something actualy got indexed, but the indexing said how it was a great script...bullshit...they had to have changed some of the wording, as that is clearly not what I said...let me make myself clear. AJ Help Desk is the worst helpdesk that I have ever used. Its funny, once you mention "refund" a company clams up, you just do not hear from them as much once you mention that disease word "refund" I guess they rather be greedy then keep happy clients, so I guess it is A-OK for them to see such posts as this, posts that will be on the internet for a long time, forever. If this is how I am going to be treated, then why would they be surprised to see negative comments or reviews about their company. If you got taken for a ride for such a big amount, would you not make negative comments? AJ Help Desk Complaint AJ Help Desk Review (BAD) DO NOT SPEND $500 ON THIS JUNK. TAKE YOUR $500 OVER TO KAYAKO AND BUY THEIR HELP DESK, AS THEIR ESUPPORT IS $599 I WISH I HAD DONE THIS, BUT I DO NOT HAVE EXTRA TO BUY KAYAKO NOW.... I am also going to assume that the merchant 2checkout.com is probably going to stick up for the seller, after all, if the merchant has to give me a refund, then of course, the merchant will loose their little bitty fee that they got from the $500 sale; I have not heard from 2checkout.com today, they may just run the risk and say, we are not going to give you a refund, and they will hope my bank will not do a forced charge back, as I have had banks befoe that would not do a charge back, and threw me right under the bus for a merchant they never did business with.... Banks are getting to the point where they do not want to get in the middle of charge back issues, and I bet merchants know this also, so they refuse a refund request (protecting the seller, and their commission) and they hope that the buyers bank does not go any futher.... Then again, I could be wrong, maybe they will issue the refund... Naw...greed is a very strong motivation to not issue a refund....
Kayako is preferred by many companies and it is also an INDIAN company.Ajhelpdesk is owned by ajsquare which is located in INDIA.I do not know about the company or their products. You can also post your critics on alexa and other websites so it will be useful for many of us before spending such a big money.
I thought I could get a script with extra features over actual quality (kayako) DO NOT DO THAT AS YOU WILL NOT BE HAPPY. Choose quality over quanity!
Update: AJ Help Desk has sent me an email. They clearly do not want to touch on offering any type of refund They are attempting to change the subject by asking what they can do, well, I had the script online for like 1.3 weeks, if you wanted to do something, then you should have fixed this the same day for as much as I paid.... If you buy/order from AJ Help Desk / AJ Square then they will deflect refund requests. It would be better for them just have issued the refund from the start, its just common sense, but greed seems to get in the way of common sense, and they would rather see neg comments on their products. there is nothing on the receipt that says I cannot get a refund, in fact, refunds are not mentioned at all.
As I strongly suspected; I heard from 2checkout.com; It looks like they do not want to get in the middle of disputes either, so what they are going to do is nothing so it seems, except stand in the middle and see who wins; common sense told me that 2checkout is not going to give up their client, because if they did, then they also do not keep the commission of the sale, so at this point 2checkout has kicked it back down to the seller, and by now, you have already read my seller comments, thats funny, the moment you mention the word refund, all parties start turning their head the other way, and you hear from them less, and less. I guess if they think they are quite enough, then I just might go away, and fade away into the darkness of the night; I am not sure why people think like that; By ignoring me, they are just making me madder, and making me more mad, is not going to make me go away, so if you do any type of business transaction, and it includes 2checkout.com - well, you know what to expect if you go asking for a refund as 2checkout.com will just kick your problem back down to the seller. I will give them a bit longer; I may have to go to my bank, and do this the hard way, they really do not have a chance of winning as there is not any type of refund policy even printed on the receipt, not sure why compaines would want to go through all this; I guess they are hoping that I give up, or the bank my not process the chargeback, it surely isnt a good way of doing business what-so-ever.... Give 2checkout.com a try, because if you are the buyer, they will not stand beside you.... I do not do chargebacks often, but the last time I did a chargeback, it took damn near 5-6 months to finally get the money back, as my own bank was fighting me, along with the seller screaming bloody murder, if you sellers do not want disputes, then sell quality products and services, can you imagine if walmart pulled this stunt, people would be up in arms.... Some sellers sell absolute crap, and once they have your money, then thats all they care about, try getting it back, and the numb nuts fight you all the way until either me, or them have no fight or appeals left...they sell crap, take your money, then act as if the world is coming to an end when you ask for a refund, then have to file a dispute because they wont give you a refund, because their is always a reason that they give you, then they quitely vanish.... now this does not mean 2checkout will not get involved, they can if they choose to do so, but from what I am hearing at this point, it just seems unlikely they will go that extra mile to resolve this dispute/complaint. My support ticket is still open with 2checkout.com, maybe they are just being polite, at least they have not wrote me off yet, i guess they could have just said deal with it, closed the ticket, and moved on...so we will see how this plays out.....
It looks like we are going to have to do this the hard way. I just got an email from AJ SQUARE and once again they are deflecting the refund request. Their email basicly said "We have already sent you the script on such, and such date" This surely does not imply they are going to issue a quick refund. I did not email themabout what date they sent me the script; What date I got the script is not as important over the poor quality of their script that they could not get fully functional in a weeks time, and just after the first week, the AJ Help Desk was still not fully working correctly, and therefore the script has been removed from the server for a few days now. I do not think that is going to matter to AJ SQUARE. They are not going to care that I have removed, and no longer using the script. They got their money, so that is all they care about now; They could care less if I ever use the script ever again, doesnt seem to be their concern. I recently sent this to 2checkout; not that it will matter much: Comments: AJ SQUARE You have make the payment for AJ Help Desk at 29th April ’11. We have delivered the script on 29th April ’11. MySelf: I do not question what date they sent the script. What date they sent the script is not as important over the quality of the software itself. The software was online just over a week, even though they claim it was fully working, i claim it was not, i pulled the script offline after doing a run through and found the script was still not working 100% and their short robot like replies were not making any good contributions to the matter either. I see no reason to fight an unsatisfied customer, it does not make that much sense to do so. I see no refund policy on the 2checkout receipt, so therefore I see no reason that I can not ask and get a full refund. If you have no refund policy, then I suggest you place it on all receipts. === This implies that AJ Help Desk is not going to issue a refund, or they are stalling with 2checkout. I did not ask for proof of delivery, nor did I claim that i did not get their script, none of that is in question; The only thing in question is the quality of their script, and you will not know that until it is too late, then you will find out how bad they are, so if you are interested, you know where they are. === This refund is starting to become high risk on my part. 2CO - denied refund by kicking back down to seller. AJ Help Desk - Looks like seller will deny refund Bank - my only option to attempt a forced chargeback; Banks have thrown me under the bus before over doing chargebacks; Since this would be my very last option of getting my money back, my bank could just as well throw me under the bus by not doing the chargeback. I told the last bank if they did not process the chargeback then I would close my account; TCF bank declined the chargeback, even though it was in my favor, so therefore, I closed my account, so the is no guarantee that I will win the dispute in the end; You would think your bank would not treat you as the hostile enemy, but some do, and some do not care if you leave; Its not their money, but some banks would rather throw you under the bus over a merchant they never done business with over their actual client they do business with every day of the week, so I just do not understand what any bank is thinking when they are put in this position. You would think that banks would protect their clients as 2checkout is protecting their client, and that is not always the case, some banks just do not want to get in the middle of the dispute process, and you end up getting thrown under the bus.
I go to my website today, and find this: This website has been reported as unsafe We recommend that you do not continue to this website This website has been reported to Microsoft for containing threats to your computer that might reveal personal or financial information. Since this website is brand new and non-existant to the world, I just wonder who could have reported a brand new website unsafe....? AJ Help Desk has no morals what-so-ever..... Something else to deal with I guess.
no, and that is not the only thing. I found out 2 days ago that my website was flagged by Microsoft for having suspected malware, and I have never been accused of any such thing in my life, and I have had many websites. I also just realized that AJ Help Desk also had active FTP access to my support directory. Anyone else find this a coincidence?
so far my website is fine, I have contacted 2checkout.com and they just referred me to ajsquare, but they do not want to refund me.
They have done the same thing to me. I will have to call my back to file a charge-back. Now I have to go clean a directory they had access too, and hope that fixes my malware issue. If it does, then I know for sure that they did this. If you have given them ftp access, cut it now.
I hope anyone who read this, will take an action to SHARE this thread through other forums. For 2checkout.com and AJ Help Desk : should learn to SEE should learn to THINK will learn to REACT I will back you up my friend
The moment you mention the word "refund" they all start hiding under a rock, and you hear from them less and less..... AJ Help Desk has all of their scripts/software under lock and key via license system. They surely would have been much better off just issusing the refund. I may even file a Rip Off Report on AJ Help Desk 2CheckOut.com isnt any better by ignoring my refund request. It is not their money, they are just hanging on to that little bit of commision they get from the $500 sale, thats all they care about. Lets talk about how AJ Help Desk and 2Checkout.com rip people off all day long.... This is not how you get good publicity...
Filed charge back today against 2co and AJ help Desk My bank told me that I would get provisional credit tomorrow....I really do not like this because this can drag out for up to 90 days and sometimes much longer, so if i win, then I get perm credit, but lets say I loose the dispute 90 days from now, well they suck the credit that they gave earlier right back out, and that is just going to pss me off even more then I already am. I have one rule: Do not throw me under the bus like previous banks, and we will be just fine. You only get one shot at throwing me under the bus, then I am looking for another bank..... I can only imagine that AJ Help Desk will say whatever it takes in order to keep the funds.... So I can indeed seeing them dragging this out for 1-3 months at least...They can not be a decent company and just issue the refund, they are likely to fight until they can fight no more. 1: Never pay any funds direct out of paypal (instant loss) 2: pay via paypal via your credit credit. 3: If you are screwed, bypass paypal, file dispute with credit card directly. same goes for any pay processor....
Update: I filed a dispute with my bank against AJ Square concerning their crap helpdesk. I got a notice the other day that they were notified of the dispute. I got this today from AJ Square: ======================== Greetings from AJ Square Inc. As per your order we have delivered the AJ Help Desk - Owned license on domain name support.855gottraffic.com We will deliver the script with full source code. Please let me know the issues you have , we will assist you immediately without fail. Awaiting for your valuable reply. ===================== I can tell you exactly why they sent this email in the mist of a dispute: To act as if they care; They really do not. To show that they attempted to reach out to the buyer (me) To show that they wanted to help make things right.... If AJ Square or AJ Help Desk really cared, then they would have quickly fixed any issues before I had filed a dispute, they had plenty of time. This is just a distraction to the bank so they can try to swing favor to themselves; Because if the bank thinks they tried to help or they tried to reach out and "fix any issues" then the bank may favor them..... I bet you $1 that anyone that has filed any disputes with AJ Square has also rec'd these type of "we want to help you" type of emails....I have seen many of these emails before and after the dispute...kind of clever I guess if they can show the bank that they tried to help or reach out to their buyer that are not satisified. AJ Square, AJ Help Desk will send you these generic "we care" emails, but they will fight the dispute every step of the way....
