Urgent Help Needed with Hyper Cache Plugin - Blog Caching!!!

I am going through a serious problem with my blog caching. Though I have installed Hyper cache plugin in my blog (http://www.environmentabout.com/) and is not showing me any error message or warning, it seems that something is not working accurately. It shows me the number of cached pages in my settings page but there is no saving of bandwidth and CPU usage at all. I have only 2 GB of bandwidth and 260CC of CPU usage limit. My monthly page views are nearly 10,000.

But even when I have set cache valid time of 12,000 minutes, there is huge consumption of bandwidth and CC daily. Yesterday I had only 450 page views but the bandwidth usage is 350MB. My concern is Does Hyper Cache Plugin caches images also?? Because 80% of my blog traffic is coming through google images. That may be the reason there is a lot of bandwidth and compute cycles (CC) usage.

Please help me out from this situation. What can I do for images in my blog so that they are served from a local cache rather than from my server?

I would suggest you to use either W3 Total Cache or WP Super Cache . WP Super Cache allows you to setup a CDN service for static things like images and might be helpful for you! But, this is just my advice!

I have already tried W3 Total cache but after activating it, my website went blank and i had to use my ftp connection to remove it from my blog. Even though there are some files still there that I am not able to delete.

Regarding images, my template does not allow me to use third party service like picasa, flicker to upload images and then embed them to my blog. It uses Viva Thumb zoom plugin to pull images to the home page for thumbnail generation and it works only when I upload images to my own blog.
