Buying Looking to buy Phone Apps / Games / software with revenue or Downloads

    Im looking at buying the following:

    :- Mobile phone applications
    :- Software (both free and paid)
    :- Games (Downloadable ones only)

    I would prefer if the software has a following or a number of steady downloads per month revenue is not important but if its turning over a profit I will be very interested.

    I will also look at buying application web sites with traffic and revenue.

    Also im always looking for AGED websites that make a steady income (sites have to be over 1 year and 4 months old and you most have reveneue proof to back this up)
