    Advertising (learn more)

Advertise virtually anything here, with CPM banner ads, CPM email ads and CPC contextual links. You can target relevant areas of the site and show ads based on geographical location of the user if you wish.

Starts at just $1 per CPM or $0.10 per CPC.

Can't foreign webmasters get it in there head?

There are several ad networks that focus on advertising in a specific region outside of the US, remarkably I have yet to see one of them be as successful as companies that do work in the US. Why you may ask? Its simple, US=more money. On average an advertiser in US will spend more money then an advertiser somewhere else. There are exception like in everythign in life, but as a general rule, US is advertising king.

I think it would be fine if thats what they want. It would especially be fine if it was a beta test so they could work out the kinks so it could be opened to all in the future.

I think it would fail. Advertisers that target global audience would not want to work with a company that doesent target US traffic, and with the lack of US publishers, there would not be an extensive inventory available.

Makes sense. Don't think leaving the US out would ever be a good business decision. United States spends more on advertising than any other nation.

Probably, on and offline. Just watching the Soccer World Cup, seemed like 80 percent of ads were from US companies. And Americans don't even like soccer ;)

Don't get me wrong, I'm not an arrogant American, I wasn't even born in the US, but from personal observations I can see that US might be spending mroe then the rest of the world combined.

Of course US has most advertising power, that was a reason i was sarcastic.
Your statement wasnt as close as Columbo's finding :D

But I havent catch at first that you was pointing to US vs combined world.
But that could be true though

Its obvious that we ar enumber 1, what I was saying was that we spend more then everyone else combined. Thats probably a close race.

Wow, since im fairly new to the forums im still getting a feel with how this forum is etc and i just noticed like 3 people left me red reps for this thread...
I really love the grammar in these red rep point thinks.

"open your US www, and screw yourself there"
"here is one again for you"
    "This thread is insulting."

im stunned, when all i was trying to do was post my opinion!

    bye

It used to be worst, back when giving someone a red rep didn't mean you would get a minus rep yourself. :D Now, with the "you give someone a red rep, you get a negative point in return" system, people rarely give red reps unless they REALLY feel like it.
