I found few websites/blogger which steals photos of the girls from Facebook and other sources and post in their websites with fake mobile numbers. Their intentions is to earn money from adsense. How can we report and shut down such websites. I complaint to Adsense but Its over a month but they did nothing.
You can complain to their webhost for breach of copyright for the images but you would need to prove they dont have the copyright holders permission to use the images (depending on what country the webhost is in)
Pictures are not mine but I know they are uploading pics of women/girls and trying to show them XXX girls.
If you just wish to be a good citizen in the cyberworld, you could send a link to the site to facebook and let them handle it. Facebook won't like the situation and very well might go after the site. They certainly have more resources to go after the site than you do.
You are basically jumping into the middle of a trial you have nothing to do with. You are not a witness, nor can you prove anyone elses intentions. You just show up out of no-where acting like you are concerned. theft is a common thing online, I would think and hope you got better things to do, like I have better things to do then writing this email (I guess not) in the end, you really have nothing to contribute to shut anything down, and if if adsense is paying them good money; I do not see them shutting them down either, after all, how many shady people use adsense in order to make money? You think he is the first? If he is getting traffic to this website, and they are legit clicks, and he is making adsense money, why would they shut him down because of what you just said? Thats like saying you saw someone rob a bank, but you didnt see the guy, once again, you have nothing to contribute to aide his conviction.
If you have proof the website is using the photos without permission contact Facebook (or the girls directly if you can find them) and also contact the webhost about the copyright violation. Things might be difficult if you are not the owner of the photos and are unable to find anyone whose rights are being violated, but pointing some negative attention towards the website might be enough to get the owners to stop.
I found their hosting records from whois and sent email to their hosting company, but they are denying that this website is not hosted on their servers.
is it against the law for use her photo on their site without permission can you contact that girl and tell them this case?
