    If moneybooker is attach with credit card, can i pay directly without fund deposit in my account?

    nope u cant u have to deposit the fund into ur a/c first .

    Unlike PayPal, Moneybookers doesn't allow you to pay directly from Credit Card. Instead, you have to deposit money from your Credit Card to pay someone. This is kind of better than PayPal IMO
