    complete and utter scam!

I generated $500 in leads, my method was bundling their software with my own, I have an app "flash gaming client" - It allows users to download and play a library of flash games from their desktop.
I bundled their software with my installer, my installer has an option of whether or not to install 7pic alongside my application, If the user decides to install 7pic, it simply starts their installer and waits for them to complete the 7pic installation.

There is nothing in 7pics terms that says that software bundling is not permitted.

Anyway I decided to add their support to ICQ, I was ignored for a week, after generating almost $500 - I requested a payout, Shortly after I was contacted by them asking me to get in touch with their admin via ICQ.

After finally getting hold of him, I was informed that my leads were deemed fraudulent - I explained my method, provided links and a copy of my App and installer for them to review, they said that they would "investigate".

Two days later they inform that software bundling is indeed forbidden. (strange that , as it is the exact same method that they are using to promote babylon themselves, and there is no mention in their TOS of it being forbidden).

They tell me that they will keep my account active, and the balance remaining - and to get paid i need to send THE SAME AMOUNT OF LEADS VIA A METHOD THAT THEY SEE SUITABLE to get my money.

Basicaly they say they are not going to pay, however I must send them yet more leads !?!

heres some quotes from my conversation with them. (blackmail anyone?)

Make what you like of that, but all in all UTTER SCAM AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I am in the process of reporting them directly to babylon - any ideas on what else to do to expose them and get them shut down?

    thieves, liars and scam artists.

First of all, we asked this person to stop sending traffic to us as soon as his first installs were generated.
But he continued even after our demand for a week or more. Furthermore, Iframe was used on each site (e.g http://divx-codec.co.cc/). On each unique download there was up to aprox. 250 installs, it doesn't look like a cheating, does it?
According to our statistic, this affiliate has 6194 not inique installs on 1710 unique. How can he explained that? We suggested him the way out, as we are always open to our partners, to send us pure installs with installation proves which was called "blackmailing" and he refused.
Moreover, this affiliate did not provide us with any documents to prove his identity.
To sum up, we pay everyone in time who sends legitimate traffic to our sites!!!

    complete and utter lies!

if you had asked me for any documents i would have gladly obliged.

the domain you mention above does not belong to me.

I was never asked to stop sending traffic until i requested payout, infact to this day my account remains open as it is still generating revenue.

you refused to close my account upon request (obviously you like my traffic then?)

your claim that each install was repeated 250 times is complete BS - I provided you all links, a copy of my installer and all traffic sources, you are a liar and a thief.

    avoid at all cost people.

7Pic Has Obviously registered the above account claiming to be an affiliate that has been paid THEMSELVES!

They have posted that here to try and limit the damage of my posts!

articuno PLEASE DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT promoting these guys YOU WILL NOT GET PAID.

I Know Of three other affilaites so far that have all been rejected their payments upon request, but 7Pic keep their accounts open collecting leads THEY ARE REFUSING TO PAY FOR!

ITS A SCAM LEAVE IT ALONE!

Hi Articuno, at the moment we pay our affiliates only via paypal, epesese, check, wire transfer and webmoney. If we get more requests from partners on other payment systems, we will add them.

These accusations are a total BS. This affiliate was acting according to all rules and was paid on the first request.

We developed a high level of anticheat protection so that it's very complicated to break through it . It's clearly displayed that on your traffic on 1 unique download there were about 250

installs which is a clear evidence of using fraudulent methods. Besides of using iframes on each site. There is nothing to discuss more about it.

    @7Pic.

Why are you getting all these negative feedbacks? If you are scamming people, I will just delete my account and won't try to promote at all.

Why are they not getting paid? ex. VirtualGoods and 7PicScam
